Delivery

All orders over £50 + VAT are delivered free of charge.

Orders from £50 to £199 are delivered by Hermes on a 2-3 day service. Orders over £200 are delivered next day by DPD.

If your order is for less than £200 and you wish to upgrade to a faster delivery, please select the DPD option during the checkout process.

Please note: whilst we keep substantial stocks of most items, the delivery timescales above assume your items are in stock. Out of stock items are usually replenished within a couple of days. If an extended delay is anticipated, we will contact you.

We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland. Customers outside of the UK need to order from our European or International store.

Payment Methods

A range of options to suit you.

Through our chosen payment processor, Stripe, we accept all Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card and American Express payments.

If you wish to collect your order in person from our office (postcode BD16 2AU), we can also accept cash or a bank transfer upon collection. Please message our office to check stock before travelling.

Please note: we do not currently accept PayPal. 

Returns

Easy, hassle-free returns.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to return an item, simply package it carefully and send it back to us with your order number:

Returned items must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Regrettably, we cannot be held liable for return delivery costs, or any losses in transit.

Please note, for safety reasons we do not accept any returns on pigments or needles, whether opened, used or not.

Chargebacks Policy

Please read before purchasing from our store.

Any person or business that initiates a chargeback or PayPal dispute or claim against any payment made via this website will be permanently blacklisted, and future orders will be refused. There are no exceptions. Before you initiate a chargeback or open a PayPal dispute, be aware of the following:
  • All future orders will be refused
  • Any marketing services may be refused or cancelled
  • You will be unable to attend our online or in-person conferences
  • Any membership of PMU Mentor or SMP Insiders will be revoked
  • You will be removed and/or blocked from all our Facebook groups
