Frequently Asked Questions

In-stock items are dispatched immediately via Hermes or DPD, depending on your order value. Although most items are held in stock, if your order is subject to a stock shortage, there may be a delay of up to 2 business days before we ship your order. If an extended delay is anticipated, we will contact you. See our delivery page for information, or track your order here.

If your items are in stock, yes we can. Please call our office if your order is urgent. We can usually dispatch the same day if your order is received before 2:00pm. If your order does not meet the threshold for free next day DPD delivery, you will need to add items to your order or pay a delivery fee of £4.95. In very urgent cases when the order must be guaranteed for delivery early the following morning, we can sometimes send via Royal Mail Special Delivery via their 9am service. This requires a special trip to the Post Office by a member of our team, so whilst we will make every effort to assist, please be aware this does depend on whether a staff member is available at the time. We charge £25.00 for this service.

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to place an additional order for any items you missed. See our returns policy if your order has been dispatched and an item is no longer required.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order straight away and process a refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return your order to us and we will process a refund when it arrives.

Refunds are processed when the items to be refunded are returned to us. If your order has not been dispatched, we will process your refund within one business day. Please note that it can take some time for your refund to show on your balance. If you paid by credit or debit card, this process usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your banks policies. If you paid by PayPal, you will receive your refund as soon as it is processed.

We appreciate every order we receive, so we rarely cancel customer orders. If your order was cancelled, it is most likely because we have no stock of the item you ordered, with no anticipated restocking date. Alternatively, you may have violated our chargeback policy in connection with a previous product order or service. Please message us for clarification.
